YOUTH (8-18)

Wheelie Club

Wheelie Club at Santa Fe Family Life Center (SFFLC) is an inclusive weekly program designed to give youth of all abilities a fun, active, and supportive space to connect and grow. Wheelie Club features a rotating schedule of engaging activities that promote physical movement, skill development, and social interaction.

Participants can enjoy a variety of experience, from recreational games and adaptive sports to creative group activities, ensuring each week offers something new and exciting. The program emphasizes inclusion, encouragement, and community, making it a welcoming environment for everyone regardless of experience or ability level.

Wheelie Club is a great opportunity for youth to build confidence, develop friendships, and stay active in a positive and engaging setting.

SkateAbility

The SkateAbility program is a free accessible recreational and skill-development initiative designed for youth of all physical, cognitive, sensory, and developmental abilities. This 1.5-hour program runs for 6 Weeks. 

The program provides a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where participants can build confidence, improve balance and coordination, develop social connections, and experience the joy of skateboarding.

*WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A 1:1 RATIO* so parents/guardians, paraprofessionals, aids, therapists, and other volunteers are encouraged to participate to ensure an engaging experience for participants.

Mighty Moves Floor Hockey

In collaboration with Arctic Edge Ice Arena, Mighty Moves Floor Hockey is designed to provide youth in the Greater Oklahoma City Metro area with physical, developmental, or cognitive disabilities the opportunity to participate in a fun, accessible, and team-oriented form of adaptive floor hockey. This 2-Hour program runs for 4 Weeks. 

The program emphasizes skill-building, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive environment to further cultivate participant:
  • Physical strength and coordination
  • Emotional regulation
  • Social skills
  • Overall quality of life

ADULTS (18+)

NeuroFit Wellness

The NeuroFit Wellness program provides a structured, sensory-conscious fitness program designed specifically to support neurodivergent adults (18+) with related sensory sensitivities.

This program will provide a supportive and predictable environment where participants can engage in physical activity tailored to their unique needs. Through intentional design and specialized instruction, the program aims to enhance:
  • Physical strength and coordination
  • Emotional regulation and communication skills
  • Social interaction and communication skills
  • Overall quality of life and well-being.
By combining evidence-informed fitness practices with a sensory-aware approach, this initiative seeks to foster confidence, independence, and meaningful social engagement among participants.

Recovery In Motion

Recovery in Motion is a weekly, 2-Hour adaptive fitness program designed specifically for veterans of all abilities and their families. The program focuses on improving strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Each session will offer participants access to play Pickleball, utilize stationary Cardio Exercise Equipment, and Weight Room equipment for targeted muscle movement, peer to peer play, and creative strength training to address service-related injuries while having fun. The fluidity of available session activities is intentionally designed to meet people where they are so that veterans and their families can enjoy adaptive fitness at their own pace.

Beyond physical fitness, Recovery in Motion fosters a strong sense of community by encouraging connection, peer support, and camaraderie among participants. The goal is to empower veterans to stay active, build confidence, and enhance their quality of life through consistent movement and shared experience.
