Just a few small tweaks and adjustments here and there will bring movement to your days… and health benefits. If you love the activity, you should make it a regular part of your routine. You may even schedule physical exercises into your daily schedule or organize your days around them.

We offer fitness, racquet, pool, and corporate memberships. Discounted memberships are available to nonprofit partner organizations, Knights of Columbus members, and parishioners. Scholarships are available to assist those in need. Please contact our Operations Director for more details.
All memberships auto-renew for the same term length as your initial contract length and continue to do so until an official termination form has been received and accepted by SFFLC management. If you do not want to auto-renew, we require you to submit our termination form at least 30 days before the end of your contract. You can request a termination form in person or via email.
